About Chad
Chad is an Experience Training, Education & Coaching (XTEC) Senior Advisor and joined Mayo Clinic in 2021. He holds an MS in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a BA from the University of Southern Indiana. Chad is a licensed clinical social worker in both Florida and Indiana and received certification as an Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching. Chad is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
Chad serves as a resource to the Florida campus as well as the lead advisor for several of our programs and key partnerships across the enterprise, including coaching, consultation, leadership programming, Department of Nursing, clinician education, and Motivational Interviewing.
