About Chad
Chad is an Experience Training, Education & Coaching (XTEC) Senior Advisor and joined Mayo Clinic in 2021. He holds an MS in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a BA from the University of Southern Indiana. Chad is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and received certification as an Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching. Chad is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
When he's not helping people, he enjoys bothering them with his loud guitar playing, reading outside, playing video games, playing with his kids (four humans and two dogs) and spending time with his wife.
